This Brisbane shade sail was created in conjunction with my customer.  Their original idea was for a waterproof triangle, after discussions they realised their original concept would not meet their needs.

The completed design and sail made use of there existing structure and we swapped a timber post with a  powder coated galvanised steel post, this gave them superior coverage and strength.

Their sail is high off the deck, providing them with a feeling of space, and the low point at the front improves the visual aspect of the job.

The sail not only keeps the sun off of the deck, but it cool’s that end of the house, where the sun previosly heated up large sections of glass.
